PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

Payment and Booking Terms

To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance directly to the accommodation owner, and 70% upon arrival.

Refundable deposit if everything is fine: 500 euros.

Free cancellation within one week after booking (EXCEPT LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS, THEN 48 HOURS). Last-minute booking – two weeks before arrival.

On the last day of stay, guests must leave the accommodation by 10 a.m., so that others can check in from 4 p.m.

Note: Pets are not allowed on the property.

Reservation Confirmation (Payment)

To confirm your reservation, 30% of the total price must be paid in advance, and the rest upon arrival. After payment, please send us proof, and we’ll send you a confirmation of payment and booking. There are 2 ways to pay: bank transfer or PayPal (debit and credit cards).
